St. James and Southside want to make this event accessible to everyone, therefore you can opt to get a free ticket. For those who have more to give, we recommend an offering of $25-$100 per ticket to support the musicians and the church.

Rev. Deanna Daniel

Musician

A gospel singer and song-writer as well as leader of praise and worship, who understands that praise and worship is what we were created to do and, when given its rightful place in our lives, praise and worship elevates our daily living. Rev. Deanna has a wealth of experience in teaching, directing, leading and following in music ministry. She has served the AME Zion church with her gift of song for over 25 yrs, where she has been afforded many opportunities to learn and grow under the leadership of some of Zion’s Finest! Rev. Deanna fell in love with music and singing as a little girl and falling in love with Jesus has given her a reason to always have something to sing about! After all, we were created to worship and give HIM praise.

Charlotte Barrette

Musician

born and raised in Ithaca, where the love of music was instilled and birthed in her. Being raised in a musically inclined family, singing in youth choir at church or the family choir was all she knew. Music is one of the things that keeps her grounded, settled, uplifted and encouraged.
