His career spans roles as an Executive Chef, Director of Operations, and Night Auditor, where he honed skills in financial review, account reconciliation, and budget management for multi-million dollar operations. Daniel's expertise includes capital project accounting and working with a range of specialized industry software (eBuilder, Maximo, KFS) as well as widely-used business tools (Excel, POS systems), demonstrating his adaptability and technical proficiency across various aspects of hospitality, finance, and project management. With an Associate of Applied Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Tompkins Cortland Community College, he combines culinary passion with strong financial acumen, including proficiency in labor cost control, accounts payable, and asset protection. Certified in advanced culinary arts and as a ServSafe instructor, Daniel is dedicated to training others in both the culinary and financial aspects of the hospitality industry, leveraging his diverse software knowledge to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
